Product (UX/UI) Designer

We are looking for a Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to craft seamless and visually compelling experiences across four distinct products, each with its own branding, while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience. Your primary focus will be on Web Booking Management & Payment Flow, and the Mobile App (an extension of Web Booking Management for mobile users). You will play a key role in delivering cohesive experiences across web, mobile web, and app, ultimately enhancing usability, increasing conversion rates, and driving user engagement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading product design strategy by evaluating and identifying the intersection of business needs, customer needs, and technical opportunities. 
  • Actively designing and building products by working closely with product owners and engineers. 
  • Provide design artifacts (wireframes, flows, prototypes, etc.) that outline present conditions and proposed solutions to gain strategic alignment and encourage innovation within and across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine design concepts. 
  • Research user behavior and data metrics to refine and improve design solutions. 
  • Ensure visual consistency in each of the platforms and maintain the existing design systems.  
  • Create visual assets and design universal blocks at the booking stage, adapting them in accordance with the branding of four products. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design principles to bring new user experience ideas and visual elegant solutions to the product development process. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Product (UX/UI) Designer with a strong portfolio in WEB and Mobile.  
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software) 
  • Experience in maintaining design systems and UI kits.  
  • Understanding the principles of conversion design, and knowledge of best practices in e-commerce. 
  • Familiarity working with analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). 
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies 
  • Experience in designing elegant, high-quality interfaces and graphics that enhance user experience and brand identity. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and English as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.

Additional skills that will help you stand out:

  • Familiarity with iOS & Android interface principles and guidelines 
  • Proficiency in 3D illustrations and UI concept development. 

 Compensation:

The range for this position is between 3,000 EUR gross and 4,500 EUR gross per month depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.

Test Engineer

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

A Test Engineer is basically a bug detective, automation wizard, and chaos coordinator all rolled into one! Their mission? To break things before the users do. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze system requirements. 
  • Collaborate with Developers, Business analyst and Product owners. 
  • Generate test scenarios, design test cases, run and execute them, analyze the results and monitor the system logs. 
  • Report bugs and defects to development team. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure throughout quality of the end-to-end functional process. 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience as a Test Engineer or similar role. 
  • Experience in API testing. 
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Attention to details. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Good OOP knowledge. 
  • Experience in UI Automation using Java selenium. 
  • Git usage.

Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at Dreamport, an online platform that allows anyone – despite their location or experience – to learn and earn as an Independent Travel Manager. Dreamport is a part of  Trevolution, the Dyninno Group travel division. 

As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote the role of Independent Travel Manager at Dreamport and acquiring them around the globe. This position requires an interest and understanding of online advertisement (Meta/TikTok/Google), principles on collaborating with influencers, and affiliate marketing technics.  

Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Marketing: Find the best platforms to attract affiliates and monitor their results on a regular basis to achieve KPIs. 
  • Content Creation: Help to create viral and engaging content for our social media pages on various markets. A deep understanding of video Reel types and styles is crucial. 
  • Performance Marketing: Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and search engines, to generate qualified leads. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team to bring the best results. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, content management, and brand management. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

AI/ML Architect

As a part of the Dyninno Group Travel sector we are looking for an additional team member, an AI/ML Architect to join us within Trevolution.   

Trevolution Group focuses on agency sales of air tickets and travel services to both retail and corporate clients, and it now sells over 70,000 air tickets and package holidays every month and is the seventh-largest consolidator in the US. 

As AI/ML Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning models and AI systems that drive business innovation. You will lead the architecture and integration of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals, establish technical best practices, and evaluate emerging technologies for continuous improvement. You will also mentor technical teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and promoting a culture of innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a complete lifecycle of AI applications.
  • Collaborate with AI teams to develop AI applications.
  • Integrate the developed architecture and processes into existing infrastructure while adhering to best practices in cloud infrastructure.

Requirements: 

  • Experience in production-level AI architecture and governance.
  • Experience in classical ML and deep learning (Transformers is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Python (Go is a plus).
  • Experience in DBM (OLAP/OLTP), SQL (ClickHouse and Redshift is a plus).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
  • English proficiency at the B1/B2 level.

HR Manager (TrEvolution call center)

The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and performance, managing HR operations team, collaborating with senior management on HR planning and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HR policies to support business growth and operational success.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR plans, policies, L&D programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience managing HR budgets.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements, including employment laws, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

Senior Systems Analyst

  • Work with the Product Owner (PO) and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business requirements.
  • Transform business ideas to precise technical requirements. 
  • Compose and word technical requirements for change requests in existing functionality and for completely new features, and create acceptance criteria for Dev and QA teams.
  • Elaborate on new change or features requests with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in development: support Developers and Quality Assurance engineers by answering questions, clarifying requirements and providing feedbacks.
  • Analyze, evaluate and search for possibilities to improve existing processes: simplify and automate.
  • Be responsible for and keep up-to-date system documentation. 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business or system analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Prior experience with technical documentation writing, systems interactions and flow diagramming.
  • Work with Product Owners, Team Leads, Development team and other Systems Analysts. 
  • Very good knowledge of methods and tools for business and systems analysis, and requirements engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure a product or service information and processes in a way that they are easily comprehensible to all related parties: mainly Product Owners, Developers and Quality Assurance engineers.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of Latvian, as well as English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.

Managing the successful delivery of projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with business and liaising with key project stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development.
  • Facilitate day-to-day management responsibilities including team support, feedback, open discussions, and time management.
