Responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advise them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. 
  • Planning and motivating the client to buy transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • Providing excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Determining customers needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication skills. 
  • PC knowledge.
  • Willing to work in night shift.
  • Graduation is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business managers to develop and implement career development plans that align with organizational needs.
  • Create and manage succession plans to identify and develop key talent for leadership positions.
  • Analyze job requirements, career paths, and performance reviews to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employee upskilling in collaboration with business managers; monitor agreed SLAs and output quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee learning and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in L&D, OD and training.
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices in employee engagement theory.
  • Strong knowledge of effective learning and development tools and models.
  • Proven experience in content creation and delivery.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

ER & Engagement Specialist

We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of employee relations specialist. Employee relations specialists are responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data, organizing and updating employee files, and overseeing employee orientation and training, among other duties.

Moreover, employee relations specialists will need to have extensive knowledge of employment law and adhere to company and industry regulations at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • To actively work with employees and stakeholders to support the floor decorum.
  • To works closely with Operations team and assist line Managers and (or) Supervisors to understand policies and procedures.
  • To provide accurate advice on issues arising from employment contracts and company policies.
  • To assist in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases.
  • To ensure that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.
  • To be a mentor and guide for the employees from the perspective of communicating policies pertaining to entire employee life cycle and motivate employees and develop a healthy work environment.
  • To regularly publish MIS and dashboards to relevant stakeholders.
  • To conduct exit interviews and support employees in exit formalities.

Quality Analyst

We are searching for a Quality Assurance /Senior Quality Assurance who will play an integral part in the development of our existing facilities and set a new benchmark on the market. Our mission is to maximise people’s potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and focus on individual support and coaching for low performing agents. Monitor and evaluate randomly selected calls to assess associates’ service level standards and complete evaluations of calls made.
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly call audits of randomly selected agent calls. Conduct weekly calibration sessions with call center Supervisors to develop scoring consistency and best practices.
  • Complete analysis of results to identify root causes or trends that will lead to efficiency and quality gains in the contact center.
  • Complete agent evaluation forms in quality scoring sheet. Produce reporting based on call audits and offer suggestions, job-aids, etc.
  • Conduct coaching sessions with associates and provide feedback addressing client service, performance, product knowledge and call productivity. Primary participant in training sessions for the phone team. Provides training/orientation of new personnel under the direction of management and HR.
  • Provide detailed and timely feedback to top management on performance results; provides detailed recommendations with follow-through.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Accept additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by higher levels of management.
  • Work directly with leadership to communicate and address quality concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a Quality Analyst.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Process making/reports making/evaluation sheet.
  • Customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
