Responsabilidades:

  • Recibir y procesar solicitudes de clientes interesados en comprar tiquetes aéreos.
  • Ayudar a los clientes a escoger la mejor opción.
  • Construir confianza y cooperación a largo plazo con los clientes.
  • Participar de entrenamientos y desarrollo constante.
  • Recibir apoyo 24/7 por parte de tu entrenador, supervisor y miembros de la operación.

Requisitos:

  • Tener experiencia de al menos 6 meses en ventas telefónicas.
  • Ser enfocado al cumplimiento de objetivos y resultados.
  • Ser empático y ambicioso.
  • Trabajar en un ambiente orientado a ventas.

Compensación:

  • USD 2,700COP (Básico SMMLV + comisiones sin techo, liquidadas en dólares)
  • 5 días laborables, 2 días de descanso.

Bilingual Customer Service Agent

At Dyninno Colombia we are seeking attentive and goal-oriented individuals to join us as on-site Customer Service Bilingual Agents. If you are looking to build an outstanding career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to the company’s clients.
  • Work with existing reservations.
  • Assist the sales department with technical GDS procedures.
  • Work with customer preferences and company interests.
  • Adjust the passengers’ bookings via phone or email.
  • Resolve clients’ issues.
  • 5 working days, 2 days off.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Problem-solving ability and effective decision-making skills.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and comfortably identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Chat experience is a plus.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills.

We sell about 70,000 air tickets per month globally and build exquisite customer service.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.
