El Agente de Ventas será responsable de ofrecer atención personalizada a los clientes, brindándoles soluciones óptimas en la compra de tiquetes aéreos. A través de una excelente atención y asesoramiento, se busca lograr una experiencia positiva para el cliente, impulsando las ventas de manera efectiva.

Responsabilidades:

  • Vender tiquetes aéreos de manera directa, brindando opciones personalizadas que se adapten a las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Brindar recomendaciones sobre destinos, horarios y opciones de vuelo, asegurándote de que los clientes tomen decisiones informadas.
  • Gestionar las negociaciones con los clientes para cerrar las ventas de manera efectiva, asegurando su satisfacción.
  • Realizar seguimiento a los clientes interesados en la compra de tiquetes aéreos hasta lograr el cierre de la venta.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes, registrando información importante sobre sus preferencias y contacto.
  • Trabajar con el objetivo de alcanzar y superar las metas de ventas mensuales establecidas por la empresa.

Compensación:

  • $ SMMLV + prestaciones de ley + comisiones sin piso ni techo en dólares.
  • Promedio de ingresos mensuales 2.500.000. Si eres uno de nuestros asesores más destacados, podrías generar entre $4,500,000 y $5,000,000 al mes solo en comisiones.
  • Contrato a término indefinido.
  • 5 días laborables, 2 días de descanso (40 horas semanales).
  • Modalidad 100% presencial en Bogotá.

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses demostrables en el área de ventas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to the company’s clients.
  • Work with existing reservations.
  • Assist the sales department with technical GDS procedures.
  • Work with customer preferences and company interests.
  • Adjust the passengers’ bookings via phone or email.
  • Resolve clients’ issues.
  • 5 working days, 2 days off.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Problem-solving ability and effective decision-making skills.

At Dyninno Colombia we are looking for people who love helping others, and are persistent, empathetic, kind, and curious. We sell about 70,000 air tickets per month globally and build exquisite customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process requests from customers interested in purchasing airline tickets and tour packages.
  • Assist business class travelers to make trip arrangements.
  • Helps customers choose the best option.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Build trust and long-term cooperation with customers.
  • Participate in training and continuous development.
  • Receive 24/7 support from world-class Trainers and Advisors.
  • Get interesting and ambitious tasks that will take you to the next professional level.
  • Work in a modern and convenient office.
  • 5 working days, 2 days off, Schedule 3:00 pm – 12:00 pm (with transportation at night).
