I enjoy being a part of a global English-speaking company, that was one of my main criteria when looking for a job. I began to work as a sales consultant, but soon my motivation, curiosity and passion for what I do catalyzed my international career growth and brought me to Riga.

Now I am leading and supervising a team of product specialists and I’m sure that there are more opportunities for me in the future.

I joined ITS in 2015. Along the years I have had the opportunity to take on various positions, including sales consultant, team leader and HR specialist.

My decision to join ITS was driven by strong desire to continue my career growth. Since then I have been learning and growing alongside the company.

My journey in ITS started in 2019, it was my first office job, however I already had some experience as a sales consultant.

The turning point of my career was when I was offered a Sales Trainer position – it was an opportunity to discover my passion for teaching. Now I am a Senior Trainer constantly looking for ways to improve the training process.
