Innovative Travel Solutions (ITS), a Riga-based company uniting over 300 client consultants, announced its rebranding to Dyninno, a global conglomerate providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors. The unified brand now integrates ITS under the global Dyninno umbrella brand.

The decision to rebrand was made with the primary goal of enhancing brand consistency and global recognition, given ITS rapid growth within the Dyninno ecosystem.

This strategic rebranding decision reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a unified corporate identity and streamlining communication with its stakeholders, including potential hires, team members across other Dyninno locations, partners, and authorities. The rebranding will take effect in the beginning of May and will concern over 300 employees in Riga.

As part of rebrand, ITS will undergo a visual identity transformation across multiple communication channels, including its website, social media presence, and office branding, including its new “Green Building”, located in Class A business center “Elemental” on Skanstes Street. Legal structure of the companies stays the same.

Dyninno is a group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50 countries. It was founded in 2004 in San Francisco by Alex Weinstein. Today, over 5,000 professionals work for the Group globally. Innovative Travel Solutions was established in Riga in 2019. The company employs over 300 specialists from the United States, Sweden, Turkey and other countries.
