Nicolae Saragov

Since the end of 2022, Nicolae has been the Country Manager of Trevolution Brazil (part of Dyninno Group). In this role, he oversees sales and the daily operations of the company in Brazil. 

Nicolae started his career at Trevolution Group in 2011 as a Sales Agent. In 2013, he became a GDS Experts Department Supervisor for Trevolution Group and served in this role until 2015. In February 2015, he was relocated to Dyninno Philippines, where he took up the role of GDS Experts Trainer. Returning to Moldova, he was a Sales Floor Supervisor for Dyninno Moldova and later he was promoted to Senior Sales Floor Supervisor. In 2020, he became Operations Manager. In 2022, he moved to Dyninno Colombia to build their bilingual sales team and received training for the role of Country Manager in Brazil. 

Nicolae has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the LCC International University, Lithuania. He also has Agile Principles, Mindset & Scrum Practices, Anger Management by Oxford Home Study (CR27229), and Change Management and Goal Setting certificates.
