Natalia Oleinic

Natalia is the HR Director at Dyninno Moldova, a position she has held since April 2020. In this role, she is responsible for implementing regional HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and for growing organizational capacity by creating value through people. Natalia leads the HR function in Resourcing & Talent Planning, Performance & Reward, and developing the company’s personnel, ensuring they are highly motivated and engaged.

Natalia is a highly skilled HR professional with more than 20 years of experience and a great track record of delivering results. Before joining Dyninno Group, she worked as the HR Director at Numina for almost three years. Prior to that, Natalia held the same position at Eurolumina for one year. From 2004 to 2015, she was HR Director at VISTARCOM, which owns the Green Hills Market supermarket chain and the Velmart hypermarket. During 2003-2004, Natalia worked as an HR Manager at ORVENTO-METAL TRADING CO.

Natalia has a PHRi™ certificate (Professional in Human Resources International) from the HR Certification Institute. And she has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the Modern Academy of Humanity.
