The role:
The position is essential in arranging travel packages with their inherent amenities, customizing the offer to clients’ needs, as well as ensuring a smooth flight booking process. The main goal is to establish a long-term rapport to develop a personal client database, through an outstanding Customer Service orientation and commitment.
Requirements and skills:
- Advanced English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Proven sales/profit generated track record
- A tenacious and proactive approach to sales with an ability to “close” the sale
- Self-confident, responsible, and think outside the box
- Willingness to develop professionally and personally
- Available to work Monday – Friday starting 4:00/5:00 PM (8 hrs shift)
