Responsibilities:
Create job postings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Source potential candidates from various online channels, e.g. social media and professional platforms.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Schedule and conduct initial screening telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate with them for interviews with prospective applicants.
Administer professional tests to prospective applicants.
Conduct background and reference checks.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Ensure proper on-boarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Create and monitor key HR metrics and reports, including time to fill, time to hire and source of hire.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most appropriate way.
Provide support to the full spectrum of HR functions as assigned.
Requirements:
BSc in Human Resources Management, or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition, at least 1 year of experience in mass hiring.
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
C1 English Level is a must.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverable; ability to work in a high-velocity environment.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
