Sales Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about HR and has experience in a relevant position.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of the recruiting flow: CV screening, interviews (phone, online, live), and reference checks.
• Prepare interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Participate in Assessment Centers as an Assessor.
• Take part in creating and conducting the training session.
• Conduct internal communication with candidates.
• Conduct HR Analytics.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role;
• Good English skills (at least B2);
• Experience with recruitment processes;
• Experience interviewing candidates;
• Excellent communication skills;

Compensation: starts from MDL 15000 NET and up.
