Product Owner – Upsell & Ancillaries

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for launching new and developing existing upsell and cross-sell products, improving their metrics and directly influencing a significant part of the travel business. This is a key position that requires strong analytical skills, understanding of clients and a desire to make their experience the best.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ancillaries’ product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Product Development and Delivery:

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood, implemented correctly, and meet customer expectations.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, customer needs, and resource availability.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback from stakeholders to drive product improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as business development, to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Product Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Define and track key product metrics and success criteria to evaluate product performance.
  • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
  • Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business value.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, background in system or business analysis as a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products on time and within budget.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
