We have two openings for a Product Manager position within our Product Team; depending on the position, you will focus on:

Growth & Lead Generation: acquisition, landing pages, lead generation, conversion, SEO, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing.

Oojo: a digital travel product focused on creating a simple, convenient customer journey and continuously improving the platform.

This is a hands-on Product Manager role. You will be involved directly in discovery, analysis, defining requirements, prioritisation, experimentation, delivery, and measuring results, not simply coordinating between teams.

You will own your product area end-to-end, working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation.
  • Lead discovery and translate customer and business needs into clear requirements.
  • Plan and deliver initiatives aligned with company priorities and team capacity.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics from discovery through launch.
  • Own UAT, release sign-off, and post-launch performance.
  • Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous product improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, dependencies, and delivery risks.
  • For Growth & Lead Generation: own traffic, landing pages, lead generation, conversion, SEO, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital/product environment.
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product discovery, requirements, experimentation, and end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to connect product work to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in growth, analytics, conversion optimisation, or lead generation is a plus.
  • Practical experience using AI tools for product analysis, funnel diagnostics, hypothesis generation, requirements, documentation, or design concepts.
  • Experience with PostHog, Webflow, or similar product tools is an advantage.
  • Comfortable making low-risk technical or configuration changes when appropriate.
  • We follow a hybrid working model, 3 days per week in our lovely office and 2 days remotely. We value collaboration and face-to-face teamwork while giving our people the flexibility to work effectively from home.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is up to 5,000 EUR gross per month, depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.
