Marketing Monetization Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Manager who would focus on monetization. Show your amazing skills by taking up an epic challenge! Work with the American entertainment industry and test your skills with Hollywood! We have a few casting networks that connect aspirational actors, models, and performers with casting directors and filmmakers in the United States. Your primary focus would be email marketing, discount campaign planning, SMS, and other activities that convert leads into buying customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of marketing professionals.
• Manage all emails, both automated chains, and newsletters.
• Monitor delivery rates and overall email performance on a daily basis, actively improve email metrics.
• Continuously work with product marketing to position the product, success stories, and other content in a more appealing way.
• Create frequent reports about monetization performance.
• Plan discount campaigns and other activities with a focus to drive more sales.
• Be responsible for achieving the metrics stated in the monthly forecast.
• Have clarity and understanding of what kind of tactics and creatives work the best, be able to explain these practices to other team members, such as copywriters and designers.
• Cooperate with other marketing team members to complete tasks and share knowledge.
• Consistently seek opportunities to grow results.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience and solid experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience working with email marketing will be considered an advantage.
• Previous work with other monetization channels and activities such as SMS, retargeting, pricing tests, funnel optimization, etc. will be considered an advantage.
• Good English skills, at least reading, and writing. American English skills will be considered an advantage.
• Previous work experience with the American or Canadian market will be considered an advantage.
• Previous knowledge of American or Canadian culture and/or the entertainment industry (film, television, modeling, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
• Proactive attitude towards work, sense of responsibility, and hunger for better results.

Compensation:

• 2,550–4,300 EUR gross per month.
