Our friendly, energetic, and ambitious team is now actively looking for a Junior SAP SF Support Specialist who will become an integral part of the team. Our project is the implementation of the new SAP Success Factors software.
SAP Success Factors is an international-level software that performs the functions of systematization and integration of all HR processes of the company, depending on the level. This project is located at the intersection of two modern areas of HR and IT technologies.
Responsibilities:
To immerse yourself in the essence of business processes.
To participate in the creation and all that is necessary to develop the main process of working and supporting the project. Instructions, user support, request processing.
To help users with issues related to the project.
To support internal communication: keep correspondence, organize meetings with colleagues and internal clients.
To demonstrate initiative in the operational search for information on different topics.
To deal with other design tasks, depending on the need and relevance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a real profile.
Medium level of English B1.
Fast learner and flexible in dealing with the new interface.
People-oriented and open to assisting and supporting.
Ability to think structurally and organize large amounts of information.
Good oral and written communication skills, multitasking, and responsible.
Confident PC user: MS Office, Google Docs, Excel.
Ability to learn quickly based on feedback and different cases.
