HR Specialist (TrEvolution call center)

We are looking for an HR Specialist for ITS/Dyninno Latvia, who will manage personnel documentation and act as single point of contact to Dyninno Latvia personnel.

With two offices in Riga’s prime business districts—Quiet Center and Skanste—our dedicated sales consultants and travel agents are committed to delivering high-quality customer support and offering a variety of travel products, all while ensuring a smooth booking experience for clients all over the world. It is important to highlight that the role requires working on-site from 09:00-18:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the onboarding process, personnel documentation, and personal data update in the HR systems (SAP) for all employee lifecycles. 
  • Act as single HR point-of-contact to the Dyninno Latvia personnel on various operational HR matters. 
  • Oversee the probation period for new hires and consult on performance review for existing employees. 
  • Ensure, organize and audit all personnel records (including labor contracts, PIPs, NTEs, etc.). 
  • Validate timekeeping records and reporting discrepancies to employee’s direct managers. 
  • Prepare and administer personnel related documentation. 
  • Undertake all ad-hoc HR tasks. 

Requirements:

  •  Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar. 
  • Good understanding of HR management scope and processes (experience in HR specialist or similar role for more than 3 years be considered as an advantage). 
  • Good organizational and communication skills. 
  • Accuracy, attentiveness, sense of duty, high level of responsibility and ownership. 
  • Fluent in Latvian and English as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Proficiency in SAP and 1C would be considered as an advantage. 

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from EUR 1,700 gross up to EUR 1,900 gross per month depending on your experience and skills.
