We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team.

We have a few casting networks that connect aspirational actors, models and performers with casting directors and filmmakers in the United States. As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing email marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns, as well as analyzing the results and driving improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and generate sales.
Design and execute email campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, and testing.
Analyze email campaign performance and drive improvements.
Manage customer segmentation and list segmentation.
Monitor and update email list hygiene.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful campaigns.
Monitor trends in email marketing tools and technologies.
Remain up-to-date with best practices in email marketing and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Successful leadership track record.
Solid experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience working with email marketing will be considered as an advantage.
Previous work with other monetization channels and activities such as SMS, retargeting, pricing tests, funnel optimization etc. will be considered an advantage.
Good English skills. American English skills will be considered an advantage.
Previous work experience with American or Canadian market will be considered an advantage.
Previous knowledge of American or Canadian culture and/or entertainment industry (film, television, modeling etc.) will be considered an advantage.
