Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.
Trevolution is a global leader in air ticketing and travel services, serving retail and corporate clients in 50+ markets. With over 20 years of expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit at our core, we combine modern tech with a customer-first approach to simplify travel. We partner with 70+ airlines, offering a full booking experience with expert support – focused on value and convenience. Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends.
As Digital Marketing Manager (Semi-OTA) Vagamo, you’ll take the lead on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) while weaving in email, social, CRO, and affiliate/partner marketing to drive bookings and business growth. We are looking for a professional who loves to explore, discover, and make things happen. You’ll be hands-on with the tools, running tests, analyzing results, and pushing for performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize paid search campaigns (Google, Bing, others).
- Build and execute SEO strategies for long-term, cost-efficient traffic.
- Analyze and optimize performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles to improve campaign outcomes and user journeys, from first click to booking.
- Strategize across email, CRM, and retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with specialists across design, IT, and social media.
- Report on performance and use data insights to iterate fast and smart.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 + years in digital marketing, with proven experience in managing end-to-end campaigns. OTA experience preferred.
- Deep expertise in SEM (Google, Bing, etc.)
- Strong foundation in SEO and content visibility.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding CRO principles, user behavior and user journey.
- Solid knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing, social media, partnerships marketing.
- Strong data driven decision making approach and mindset.
- Great knowledge of English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.
Compensation:
The range for this position is between 3,500 EUR gross and 4,500 EUR gross per month depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.
