Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and services to our corporate clients, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a deep understanding of corporate law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify potential legal risks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a variety of corporate matters including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution.
- Research laws and regulations related to corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and third parties.
- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance issues such as board meetings and shareholder rights.
- Monitor changes in the legal landscape that could affect the organization’s operations.
- Develop strategies to protect the organization from potential legal risks.
- Advise senior management on complex legal matters.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar Passer.
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Knowledge of IT platform business is an advantage.
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
