Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist for our fast-growing Trevolution division projects (ASAP Tickets, Skylux Travel, etc.) with over 2 million monthly visitors with a presence in the USA, Canada and other markets. This role implies using a mix of creativity and strong data analytical skills to identify growth opportunities regarding website conversion and customer retention rates for our Travel division business.

Responsibilities:

  • Spot and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action, lead-generating forms and ad copies, messaging.
  • Analyse website traffic and user behavior: Dig deep into analytics tools like Google Analytics to understand user journeys, identify drop-off points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and prioritize CRO hypotheses: Based on your analysis, formulate data-driven hypotheses about what will improve conversions and prioritize them based on potential impact.
  • Design and implement A/B tests: Craft compelling test variations, set up and manage A/B testing platforms, and ensure statistically significant results.
  • Analyze test results and draw insights: Interpret A/B test data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate them into actionable recommendations for website improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with designers, developers, and marketing colleagues to implement your optimization recommendations and track progress.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Research and learn about the latest CRO trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skillset.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners about any technical implementations needed, including any data feed, scripts, etc. set up.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven relevant experience in Conversion Optimization.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing methods and principles.
  • Experience with web analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, testing and data visualization tools (GA4, GTM, Google Optimize, Hotjar, FullStory, etc.) will be considered as advantage.
  • Strategic thinking – focusing on the actions that can bring desirable results.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams: design, development, marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment with minimal supervision.
  • Offline conversion tracking experience will be considered as a benefit.

Compensation:

Not less than 2,500 EUR Gross.
