Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.
Trevolution is a global leader in air ticketing and travel services, serving retail and corporate clients in 50+ markets. With over 20 years of expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit at our core, we combine modern tech with a customer-first approach to simplify travel. As the 4th-largest US airline ticket consolidator, we partner with 70+ airlines, offering a full booking experience with expert support – focused on value and convenience. Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends.
As a Business Analyst for Ancillary Products, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, identifying revenue opportunities, and developing creative strategies to optimize ancillary product sales conversion rates. You will play a key role in enhancing our offerings and pricing strategies while working closely with product, marketing, and data teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze customer purchase behavior and conversion trends for ancillary products.
- Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, revenue per booking, attach rates, etc.) and provide insights.
- Conduct A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies.
Strategy Development:
- Develop innovative and data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and increase revenue from ancillary sales.
- Identify opportunities for bundling, upselling, and cross-selling ancillary products.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to optimize user experience and drive customer engagement.
Competitive & Market Research:
- Benchmark our ancillary pricing, offerings, and strategies against competitors in the online travel space.
- Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with product, business development, and engineering teams to implement data-backed strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on customer feedback and data analysis.
- Support business case development for new ancillary product offerings and partnerships.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Create dashboards and reports to track ancillary revenue performance.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, revenue optimization, or pricing analysis in the travel, e-commerce, or hospitality industry.
- Experience in ancillary product management, dynamic pricing, or conversion rate optimization is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
