At Dyninno Colombia we are seeking for goal-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Service Bilingual Agents. As a customer service agent, you’ll be responsible for customer care, resolving clients’ issues, adjusting the passengers’ bookings via phone or email.
Responsibilities:
Provide service to the company’s clients with existing reservations
Assist the sales department with technical GDS procedures,
Work on customer preferences and company interests.
Be involved and maintain operative working relationships with the sales and all support departments.
Provide the team with the required information regarding such processes as ticket issuance, exchange procedures, refund procedures, name corrections, flight reinstatements, etc.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
High school diploma.
Experience in customer care, preferably in travel.
Problem-solving ability and effective decision-making skills.
