Gennadij started his path in 2010 as a Sales Agent at Trevolution Group, providing customer service over the phone and, within a year, became a supervisor. After succeeding in that role, Gennady was promoted to Trainer in 2013 and became a Sales Director within less than a year.
His innovative and business-savvy vision, along with strong focus on perfecting operations, have taken the company to new heights.
In 2016, he switched from sales to operations and has since significantly contributed to the company’s global growth. Under his leadership, Trevolution Group has opened up 5 new offices, expanding its presence across different regions.
Prior to Dyninno, Gennady has built up a great deal of know-how in the travel industry in the United States.
There, he gained solid background in business development and a deep understanding of the travel market, which further proved to be great assets to Trevolution Group’s success.
