Responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advise them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. 
  • Planning and motivating the client to buy transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • Providing excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Determining customers needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication skills. 
  • PC knowledge.
  • Willing to work in night shift.
  • Graduation is a must.

Compensation:

  • Depends on the skills and experience of the candidate. 

GDS Expert

The GDS Experts are assisting agents on the product part, helping them to get the best possible flight options in a short time-range.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing agents’ flights requests in a timely manner.
  • Providing with extra information related to as specific PQ (bullet points).
  • Monitoring the sales made by the team/office and verifies them on Price Drops.
  • Asking for feedback on processed requests and reporting to the Supervisor (If needed to take actions).

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 9+ months of ITN Sales Expertise.
  • Strong experience in Apollo Skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales process.
  • Advanced knowledge of GDS, airline policies, fare rules and restrictions.
  • Stress resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Consistence, the ability to handle work under pressure and to follow-up on all the requests they take on.

Compensation:

  • PHP 15,000 to 22,000.

Travel Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor’s priority is to coach and develop front-line agents to service our new and existing customers by providing a world-class customer experience driving increased revenue. The position requires a high level of salesmanship skills, communication, excellent customer service & leadership skills. Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales staff to meet or exceed set targets.
  • Establish individual goals for each member of the sales team and review progress regularly.

Quality Analyst

We are searching for a Quality Assurance /Senior Quality Assurance who will play an integral part in the development of our existing facilities and set a new benchmark on the market. Our mission is to maximise people’s potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and focus on individual support and coaching for low performing agents. Monitor and evaluate randomly selected calls to assess associates’ service level standards and complete evaluations of calls made.
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly call audits of randomly selected agent calls. Conduct weekly calibration sessions with call center Supervisors to develop scoring consistency and best practices.
  • Complete analysis of results to identify root causes or trends that will lead to efficiency and quality gains in the contact center.
  • Complete agent evaluation forms in quality scoring sheet. Produce reporting based on call audits and offer suggestions, job-aids, etc.
  • Conduct coaching sessions with associates and provide feedback addressing client service, performance, product knowledge and call productivity. Primary participant in training sessions for the phone team. Provides training/orientation of new personnel under the direction of management and HR.
  • Provide detailed and timely feedback to top management on performance results; provides detailed recommendations with follow-through.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Accept additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by higher levels of management.
  • Work directly with leadership to communicate and address quality concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a Quality Analyst.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Process making/reports making/evaluation sheet.
  • Customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Inbound Travel Sales Representative

A sales support agent is responsible for providing customer service to the company’s clients with existing reservations, assisting the sales department with technical GDS procedures, and working on customer preferences and company interests. The Agent will be involved in and maintain operative working team relationships with the sales department and all support departments. The Agent will provide the teams with the required information in regard to processes such as ticket issuance, exchange procedures, refund procedures, name corrections, and flight reinstatements, among others.
