Lead Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer / Team Lead to join our Marketing Team and take ownership not only of creative design execution, but also of team quality, processes, performance thinking, and workflow optimization.

This role is for someone who combines strong creative vision with operational thinking. You should be able to lead designers, improve systems, manage workload across multiple brands and projects. We are looking for a person who sees the bigger picture, takes responsibility, works independently, and constantly looks for ways to improve both creative output and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, support their professional growth and maintain high quality standards across the team
  • Manage design resources and workload, helping the team stay organized, efficient, and on schedule across multiple projects and brands
  • Oversee and improve team processes and design operations in Jira / Atlassian setup
  • Bring a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, see the bigger picture and continuously improve workflow and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and UI/UX teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals
  • Apply performance marketing knowledge to creative work, including using metrics, A/B testing insights, and data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Contribute to brand development and the visual evolution of brands across different marketing initiatives
  • Review copy within designs to ensure clarity, grammar, hierarchy, and strong visual fit in the layout

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in design, including at least 3 years in a Team Lead / Lead Designer role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Design, or a related field
  • Excellent Figma skills are a must, including deep knowledge of reusable templates, components, scalable systems, and libraries. You need to know value in technical hygiene in designers’ work. Please do not apply if your Figma skills are basic
  • Strong knowledge of Jira / Atlassian settings or similar task tracking platform
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, including metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions
  • Strong English level, both written and spoken
  • Animation skills in After Effects are a plus
  • Good knowledge of video production processes, storytelling, script writing, creative hooks, and marketing videos is a strong advantage
  • Strong experience with AI generative tools for design production
  • Strong 2D and 3D illustration skills

Performance Marketing Specialist 

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division. 

Trevolution is a global leader in air ticketing and travel services, serving retail and corporate clients in 50+ markets. With over 20 years of expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit at our core, we combine modern tech with a customer-first approach to simplify travel. We partner with 70+ airlines, offering a full booking experience with expert support – focused on value and convenience. Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends. 

As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Bing ) you will organize and optimize paid search and display advertising efforts for one of our travel division brands, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own performance marketing on Google and Bing platforms: strategy development, keyword research, campaign setup, daily management, optimization, and scaling across multiple markets and potentially languages.  
  • Plan, launch, and manage all major campaign types on Google Ads and Bing Ads (including Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Lead form extensions, and more).  
  • Proactively analyze performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and execute strategies to drive efficient lead generation, lower CPL/CPA, higher ROAS, and profitability.  
  • Closely monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, conversion rates, number of leads/conversions, CPL/CPA, ROAS, impression share, and overall campaign profitability while maintaining high-quality leads and traffic.  
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, manage negative keywords, ad group structure, bidding strategies (manual and automated), and ad extensions.  
  • Continuously ideate, launch, and analyze A/B tests across ad copy (headlines, descriptions, responsive search ads), audiences, placements, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creative assets to boost results.  
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.  
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to accounts, ad approvals, tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4 events/conversions, Microsoft Advertising tracking), and integrations.  
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g., content, SEO, and creative teams) to align paid efforts with organic strategies and ensure consistent messaging across channels.  
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, videographers, and web teams to define and brief high-performing ad assets – clearly communicating what creatives (search ad copy, images, videos, carousels, product feeds, responsive display ads, etc.) perform best based on data, audience insights, and platform best practices.  
  • Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Advertising products/features, automation & AI tools, privacy changes, creative best practices, and industry tools. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Advertising – either in-house or at an agency.  
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns, managing significant budgets, and consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs (leads, CPL/CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.).  
  • Solid experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and internal dashboards).  
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).  
  • Highly motivated, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. 
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, as well as English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.   

Will be considered as advantage: 

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications (or willingness to obtain them).  
  • Experience using AI tools for keyword research, ad copy generation, or performance optimization.  
  • Experience partnering with creative, web, and organic/SEO teams to amplify cross-channel impact.  
  • Experience in the Travel industry (e.g., flights, air ticketing, hotels, bookings). 

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is 2,500 –  3,000 EUR gross per month.
