Chief Marketing Officer
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer of Trevolution Group, the travel division of Dyninno Group.
Trevolution is a global leader in air ticketing and travel services, serving retail and corporate clients in 50+ markets. With over 20 years of expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit at our core, we combine modern tech with a customer-first approach to simplify travel. We partner with 70+ airlines, offering a full booking experience with expert support – focused on value and convenience. Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends.
As the Chief Marketing Officer of Trevolution Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses selected business lines, ensuring consistent brand positioning, strong customer engagement, and sustained revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and drives growth across all projects.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand identities for each business line, ensuring consistency and relevance in the market.
- Customer Engagement: Implement customer-centric marketing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
- B2B Expansion: Drive the development and launch of a B2B line of business, establishing partnerships with other travel agencies.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, including project-specific marketing managers, to achieve exceptional performance and results.
- Corporate Travel Division: Establish and manage a Corporate Travel business division to cater to the travel needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and mobile app marketing.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed marketing decisions.
- Management Reporting: Working closely with the Business owners of every project, presenting Marketing Development vision and sharing reports on the progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior marketing roles, with experience in the travel industry being a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling marketing initiatives internationally across multiple projects or business lines.
- Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Good knowledge of Latvian, as well as English language as the company is international and has foreign employees and partners, and the nature of the work requires close cooperation with them.
Compensation:
The salary for this position starts from 7,000 EUR gross per month depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.
