We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Resources Analyst. The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR-related data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to Recruitment, Retention, Engagement, Burnout, Performance management and Job Design and legal compliance. This job involves analyzing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements.

Responsibilities:

Identifying business metrics:

  • Analyzing the existing set of data sources and tools available for statistical data mining.
  • Defining, together with stakeholders, the HR Metrics pool measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and function and supporting HR strategy by quantifying the value of the workforce.
  • Critically reviewing selected HR Metrics on a regular basis.

Creating and updating dashboards:

  • Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor’s practices, and other sources.
  • Optimizing the way that information is presented for better User Friendliness.
  • Creating automated dashboards and separate reports enabled by technology.
  • Implementing descriptive, visual and statistical methods to interpret people data and HR processes.
  • Preparing ad-hoc and recurring reports taking into consideration business segmentation, employee lifecycle stage and various filters.
  • Cross-referencing reports and dashboards with stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and minimize subjectivity.

Providing retroactive insight to stakeholders:

  • Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Preparing reports of data results, presenting, and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Identifying and recommending reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Based on metrics and analysis, making recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker & Power BI.
  • Experience with data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning tools such as Python or R.
