Communications Lead

The PR Communications Director is responsible for managing the creation and sustaining of a positive employer and corporate brand of the company using all possible internal and external channels on the market of the Philippines.


  • Implement the global communication strategy, adapting it to the local market.
  • Manage local communication team members.
  • Be responsible for the company’s reputation in the Philippines.
  • Be responsible for the HR brand of Dyninno in the Philippine market.
  • Support the HR team in talent acquisition using performance marketing tools.
  • Build an efficient system of external communication, including social media, press relations, and digital marketing.
  • Control over internal communications channels, e.g. Teams, emailing, POS, TVs, etc.
  • Control over office branding according to the global visual guidelines.
  • Be responsible for merchandising materials.
  • Onboard new local communication team members.
  • Work with vendors (production, event management, etc.)
  • Create efficient HR brand campaigns.
  • Promote corporate and product news to local media.
  • Prepare budget on a Quarterly basis and control spending on advertising.
  • Look for the speaking opportunities.
  • Prepare the applications for the local business and HR awards.
  • Keep the information about the PHL offices updated on the website of Dyninno.
  • Content and event planning.


  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Great communication Skills.
  • Team management Skills.
  • Advanced written/speaking English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Google Suite and Office 360 knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Advanced knowledge of media relations.
  • Experience in event management.
