Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a Partnership Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching and attracting new customers and agents through various channels, including emails, calls, face-to-face meetings, and conferences.

You will present company products to potential agents and customers, assist with account opening, maintain cooperation with existing agents and customers, and provide support when needed. As a Partnership Specialist, you will also be responsible for encouraging high-sales and good customer service practices, meeting set goals/KPIs, developing sales and price strategies, and carrying out market research and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and attract new customers and agents to the company through different channels (emails, calls, face-to-face meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Present company products to potential agents and customers, assist with account opening.
  • Maintain cooperation with existing agents and customers and provide support when needed.
  • Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices, meet set goals/KPIs.
  • Develop sales and price strategies.
  • Carry out market research and analysis.
  • Monitor the competitor’s products.
  • Collect agent and customer feedback about their experience and elevate feedback and complaints to the relevant departments.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, partnership, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.

Business Analyst

In this role you will help our clients in the private, public, and social sectors solve some their most pressing problems. You will also work with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists to researchers to software and app designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owner (PO) and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business requirements.
  • Transform business ideas to precise technical requirements.
  • Compose and word technical requirements for change requests in existing functionality and for completely new features, and create acceptance criteria for Dev and QA teams.
  • Elaborate on new change requests and new features requests with cross-functional teams.
  • Create user story scenarios, agree on sanity checks with stakeholders, participate in first testing sessions.
  • Participate in development: support Dev and QA by answering questions, clarifying requirements and providing feedbacks.
  • Analyze, evaluate and search for possibilities to improve existing processes (to simplify, automate).
  • Be responsible for and keep up-to-date documentation concerning current business processes.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in realizing products and services – starting from a high-level business model over-identification and definition of processes and IT requirements and finally testing of the implemented end-to-end solution.
  • Prior experience with technical documentation writing and flow visualization.
  • Very good knowledge of methods and tools for business analysis and requirements engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure a product or service and needed processes in a way that they are easily comprehensible to your stakeholders (mainly product managers and developers).
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of English, Russian and Latvian language skills.

What will be considered an advantage:

  • Ability to read and understand system logs.
  • Experience with Kibana, Grafana and Looker.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Degree in computer science or IT with a focus on business analysis and requirements and process engineering.

Compensation:

  •  From 2,100 EUR gross till 3,600 EUR gross per month.
