Business Development Product Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Product Manager to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

As a Business Development Product Manager you will lead our global payment initiatives across all our travel brands. You’ll own the roadmap for payment experiences, drive down acceptance costs, increase revenue from issuing products, and manage our relationships with financial institutions, networks, and processors. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the complexities of global payments and is excited about creating seamless and secure payment experiences for millions of travelers. 

Responsibilities:

Payments Strategy & Roadmap 

Develop and own the strategy to: 

  • Partner with top financial institutions to deliver seamless, high-value payment experiences. 
  • Lower payment acceptance costs while improving approval rates. 
  • Maximize revenue uplift from issuing and payment-linked products. 
  • Achieve processor independence through diversification and redundancy. 
  • Identify and integrate alternative payment methods that enhance the customer experience across markets. 

Partnership Management 

  • Lead relationships with major card networks, issuing banks, BNPL providers, virtual card issuers, crypto payment platforms, fraud vendors, and PSPs – primarily U.S. based. Experience with credit card and B2C payment types would be considered as advantage. 
  • Oversee contract negotiations, commercial terms, platform integrations, and ongoing performance optimization. 

Payments Operations 

  • Manage the acquisition of Merchant IDs (MIDs) based on evolving business needs. 
  • Oversee fraud prevention systems and strategies in collaboration with risk teams. 
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and operational smoothness. 
  • Ensure accurate review and reconciliation of payment processor statements. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Drive the onboarding and expansion of payment capabilities—from due diligence and configuration to go-live and optimization. 
  • Build business cases for new payment products or functionality launches. 
  • Work closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, customer experience, and finance teams to deliver high-impact initiatives. 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in the payments industry, preferably in e-commerce or travel. 
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, authorization processes, and global alternative payment methods.  
  • Proven experience working with international payment providers and PSPs. 
  • Strong project management and execution skills. 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action. 
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and BI tools; experience with Looker or similar is a plus. 
  • Bonus: Experience in an international, high-risk, or high-volume transactional environment. 

Software Developer in Test

We are looking for a Software Developer in Test to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

The SDET will be responsible for leading and managing an automated testing framework for web applications, including both HTML and API testing. They will ensure high-quality test automation, generate reports on test results, and mentor manual QA specialists in automation. The role also involves close collaboration with Software Engineers, DevOps, and QA teams to enhance the testing environment.  

Responsibilities:

  • Create, lead, manage and support an automated testing framework and environment aimed at testing web applications (HTML and API). 
  • Manage the quality level of automated testing. 
  • Create reporting based on automated test run success or failure. 
  • Mentor manual QA specialists on developing additional testing cases and suites in the mentioned framework. 
  • Coordinate the development and evolution of the automated testing. environment and framework with a team of Software Engineers, DevOps and Quality Assurance specialists.

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Go / Node.Js/ PHP. 
  • Design and implement APIs, microservices, and messaging systems for communication and platform solutions.

As the HR Processes Methodologist you will be responsible for optimizing the freelancer journey, improving retention, and ensuring a seamless onboarding and training experience. This role involves developing alternative career paths, refining HR processes, and implementing change initiatives that align with business goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the agent journey to improve retention, eNPS, and LTV. 
  • Develop alternative career paths and onboarding processes for freelancers. 
  • Analyze retention trends and execute action plans. 
  • Formulate C&B policies. 
  • Enhance training and nesting processes with the Training department. 
  • Improve HR processes to reduce time-to-hire, cost of acquisition, and time-to-sell.

Product (UX/UI) Designer

We are looking for a Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to craft seamless and visually compelling experiences across four distinct products, each with its own branding, while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience. Your primary focus will be on Web Booking Management & Payment Flow, and the Mobile App (an extension of Web Booking Management for mobile users). You will play a key role in delivering cohesive experiences across web, mobile web, and app, ultimately enhancing usability, increasing conversion rates, and driving user engagement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading product design strategy by evaluating and identifying the intersection of business needs, customer needs, and technical opportunities. 
  • Actively designing and building products by working closely with product owners and engineers. 
  • Provide design artifacts (wireframes, flows, prototypes, etc.) that outline present conditions and proposed solutions to gain strategic alignment and encourage innovation within and across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine design concepts. 
  • Research user behavior and data metrics to refine and improve design solutions. 
  • Ensure visual consistency in each of the platforms and maintain the existing design systems.  
  • Create visual assets and design universal blocks at the booking stage, adapting them in accordance with the branding of four products. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design principles to bring new user experience ideas and visual elegant solutions to the product development process. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Product (UX/UI) Designer with a strong portfolio in WEB and Mobile.  
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software) 
  • Experience in maintaining design systems and UI kits.  
  • Understanding the principles of conversion design, and knowledge of best practices in e-commerce. 
  • Familiarity working with analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

Trevolution Group focuses on agency sales of air tickets and travel services to both retail and corporate clients, and it now sells over 70,000 air tickets and package holidays every month and is the seventh-largest consolidator in the US. 

As Engineering Manager You will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled developers and delivering complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies. Managing the successful delivery of projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with business and liaising with key project stakeholders. You will grow professionally as an individual and will be able to see and feel the impact you are making on the growth of our company every day. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development.
  • Facilitate day-to-day management responsibilities including team support, feedback, open discussions, and time management.
