  • To ensure that the team delivers the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
  • To lead and motivate the team by creating a set of tools and alerts to monitor the KPIs & OKR’s. 
  • To work on customer retention, customer service, and build long-term customer relationships in ECTD. 
  • To reach monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and client satisfaction targets. 
  • To come up with initiatives, how to improve internal processes, scripts etc., when needed. 
  • To establish norms and standards of company performance. 
  • To play a vital role in building a team culture centered on accountability, learning, and supporting the Management to build on successes and course-correct where needed.

System Engineer

Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure and servers to ensure their smooth operation.
  • Monitor the infrastructure and applications, proactively ensuring a high level of system reliability.
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and implement changes to keep the environment up to date.
  • Create and improve documentation to facilitate clear communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate closely in the design of new solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and automated software delivery.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of the Linux operating system, with expertise in administration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems such as ELK stack, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Container Management.
  • Proficiency in automation/configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or similar technologies.

As a Junior Marketer you will get involved in creating and running marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, creating landing pages and writing blogs.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Publish positive customer reviews on our websites.
  • Manage and optimize our company blog to promote a positive brand image.
  • Monitor and analyze review ratings and feedback on third-party platforms.
  • Monitor Google search rankings for relevant keywords.
  • Develop and manage review-invite email campaigns to encourage customer feedback and reviews.
  • Share review content on our social media platforms.
  • Continuously monitor online content related to our brand and address any issues.

As a Product Manager for our internal travel systems, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and strategy for our internal travel system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities.
  • Develop and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Create detailed product specifications and work with the development team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our product aligns with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal English language.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management of IT products (understanding of back-end, front-end development, good knowledge of user experience).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owner (PO) and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business requirements.
  • Transform business ideas to precise technical requirements.
  • Compose and word technical requirements for change requests in existing functionality and for completely new features, and create acceptance criteria for Dev and QA teams.
  • Elaborate on new change requests and new features requests with cross-functional teams.
  • Create user story scenarios, agree on sanity checks with stakeholders, participate in first testing sessions.
  • Participate in development: support Dev and QA by answering questions, clarifying requirements and providing feedbacks.
  • Analyze, evaluate and search for possibilities to improve existing processes (to simplify, automate).
  • Be responsible for and keep up-to-date documentation concerning current business processes.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in realizing products and services – starting from a high-level business model over-identification and definition of processes and IT requirements and finally testing of the implemented end-to-end solution.
  • Prior experience with technical documentation writing and flow visualization.

Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist

One of our business divisions, operating in the Travel industry projects with over 1 million monthly visitors, is growing really fast, and we are expanding our Marketing team.
This role implies using a mix of creativity and strong data analytical skills to identify growth opportunities regarding website conversion and customer retention rates for our Travel division business.

This will be done through the optimization of landing pages, emails, websites, and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Spot and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action, lead-generating forms and ad copies, messaging.
  • Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
  • Use creative approach to optimization: develop, implement and set up A/B or A/B/C test planning (formulating new tests and hypotheses), execution, and analysis to further improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough analysis on marketing campaigns to measure the success, and present learnings to external teams to help inform future business decisions.
  • Collaborate internally with Data Analysts, Web Developers, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers in order to optimize each conversion path.
