Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Resources Analyst. The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR-related data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to Recruitment, Retention, Engagement, Burnout, Performance management and Job Design and legal compliance. This job involves analyzing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements.

Responsibilities:

Identifying business metrics:

  • Analyzing the existing set of data sources and tools available for statistical data mining.
  • Defining, together with stakeholders, the HR Metrics pool measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and function and supporting HR strategy by quantifying the value of the workforce.
  • Critically reviewing selected HR Metrics on a regular basis.

Creating and updating dashboards:

  • Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor’s practices, and other sources.
  • Optimizing the way that information is presented for better User Friendliness.
  • Creating automated dashboards and separate reports enabled by technology.
  • Implementing descriptive, visual and statistical methods to interpret people data and HR processes.
  • Preparing ad-hoc and recurring reports taking into consideration business segmentation, employee lifecycle stage and various filters.
  • Cross-referencing reports and dashboards with stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and minimize subjectivity.

Providing retroactive insight to stakeholders:

  • Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Preparing reports of data results, presenting, and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Identifying and recommending reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Based on metrics and analysis, making recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker & Power BI.
  • Experience with data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning tools such as Python or R.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Lead and develop existing C&B team.
  • Create, support, and automate C&B dashboards.

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure fairness and equity in pay practices and accessibility of benefits.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to model compensation scenarios and forecast budgetary impacts.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in leading C&B, Financial Reporting or similar function.
  • Strong experience in conducting salary calculations, reviews, and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage compensation data for decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.

Account Payable Specialist

Due to our client’s business expansion, the Finance Team is looking for an energetic colleague with a “can do” attitude who enjoys working with numbers and other teams globally. As an Account Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for quick and accurate payment processing and will be required to undertake all relevant processes daily to help the company run faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software (Navision Dynamics) and other programs.
  • Processing expense requests following the accounting standards.
  • Analyzing workflow processes, defining improvement plans, and recommending potential solutions to issues.
  • Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
  • Ensuring data integrity and maintaining the appropriate documentation.
  • Processing due invoices for payments.
  • Informing initiators about the status of purchase orders.
  • Resolving day-to-day invoicing issues using purchasing tools and a systematic approach.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, and Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (English).

Compensation:

  • Motivating income – base salary $800 NET.

Datorită extinderii afacerii, suntem acum în căutarea unui Operator a datelor financiare. Operatorul a datelor financiare este, în general, responsabil de elaborarea rapoartelor lunare privind conturile de gestiune.

Responsabilități:

  • Să efectueze calculele necesare zilnic și lunar.
  • Să introducă datele necesare în software-ul ERP.
  • Să efectueze reconcilierea discrepanțelor, dacă este cazul.
  • Să sprijine echipa financiară cu documentația necesară.
  • Să comunice cu vânzătorii, agenții, angajații, auditorii prin intermediul e-mailurilor/MS Teams cu privire la sarcinile și problemele obișnuite, dacă este cazul
  • Să asigure consolidarea documentației.
