Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and work on multiple travel brands. This role is for a designer who combines strong creative thinking with speed of execution and is comfortable working in a fast, performance-driven marketing environment.

You will develop campaign concepts, create high-impact marketing visuals, and own your tasks from idea to final assets while collaborating closely with marketing managers and the design head.

 

What you’ll do

  • Create marketing materials for travel brands: banners, emails, illustrations, social media creatives, and campaigns
  • Design motion pieces and animations for campaigns (ads, promos, stories)
  • Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns from idea to execution
  • Create storyboards and visual guidelines for videographers
  • Adapt creatives based on performance data and feedback
  • Maintain brand consistency across brands and channels while delivering fresh concepts for new campaigns
  • Analyze creative performance and propose improvements to campaigns based on data
  • Communicate with marketing managers and the design lead on team workload and task priorities
  • Iterate quickly and deliver assets under tight deadlines.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in marketing design and campaign development
  • Concept-driven mindset: we’re looking for a designer who can independently develop a full creative concept for marketing needs — from the core idea to visual execution
  • Strong skills in Figma (auto-layouts, components, libraries)
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Great knowledge of AI image generation & prompting (ChatGPT/Midjourney/Higgsfield/Nano Banana, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement) and ability to use data to improve creatives
  • Comfortable working on multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to work fast without losing quality
  • Ability to think in campaigns and ideas, not just isolated visuals
  • Open-minded, flexible, and responsive to feedback
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset

Nice to have (not mandatory)

  • Experience with 2D and/or 3D illustrations
  • Experience building design systems or reusable marketing templates

You will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and analysis of our C&B programs to attract and retain top talent.   • Provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive structures. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, macros and charts.  
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage compensation data for decision-making. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.

  • Proven experience as Financial Analyst, Data Analyst or Compensation and Benefits Analyst roles. 
  • Expertise in conducting salary calculations, reviews, and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies.
