Chatbots are being used to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, making them more efficient and standardized. As Bahu noted, “It figures out the mood of the employees – this is something we have been trying out with the vendors, but we have not made the final decision yet.“

As Bahu explains, “Human resources and technology basically go together, hand in hand, so human resources professionals have to really think about how to make human resources more technologically enabled and empowered than it is now.”
